The synthetic cover looks and feels like true leather. However, it stretches and handles heat twice as well as real leather making it the perfect covering for a massage chair. It also comes in 4 great colors that can match any decorating scheme. Pure leather is actually a very bad material for massage chairs. Be aware of massage chairs that claim to be made of leather. It usually is not 100% leather and the various pieces will wear at different rates.
