Delivery as expected on Thursday. Packed and received perfect! I am still getting used to the programs and manual/auto features but can say early on that the [Optima] chair is everything it was promised! It looks great. The functions are very impressive. It is a well made chair that at this point meets my expectations I will send additional thoughts once I "get used to it" and program my own personal massage functions. Thanks very much for your help during the process. You sold me on your product knowledge and your understanding of other chairs.

After much research, Internet surfing and seat time (in competitor chairs) at the local electronics store, I am glad to say that I absolutely made the correct decision in selecting the Elite Optima massage chair. The chair is all I hoped for and more. Not only is it a great looking chair but its versatility is appreciated by both my wife and I. She loves the foot massage so much, I think that I may have to wait my turn to use it. Also, the support I received at Massage-Chairs.com was outstanding; friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. I will recommend them and use them again.

 I absolutely love it! Don't know how I lived without it all these years.  Should have bought it ten years ago.  The massage chair I have been using sometimes once a day and sometimes twice. Once in the AM & once in the evening. My joints have been really doing great since I got the chair. I have been working out for 22 years now and had some wear and tear as I have been rough on my body. I have had recent joint surgeries. This has been terrific. I am so glad I did my home work on line to find the best and made sure I got the one with heat. It's true, about the more motors the better, taking  not such  a big load  on any one motor, this has twelve. This is like a Cadillac! I told family members and friends about it and cannot say enough about it!

I love the fact that the rollers go far up on the neck. I also love the heated back and the leg/foot massager. The rollers seam to cover more area (neck all the way to lower seat) more than the competitions chairs. I like the full recline. Also, the website and customer service was very good. The price was also very competitive. I read the newspaper article on the website and really liked what I heard. I have two friends that will be purchasing this chair they love it so much.

About Their Decision

This chair works deeper into the muscles than the competitor models we tried (Panasonic Real Pro). What first interested us in your Optima is that you compared it directly to competitors top of the line chairs. However, none of the competitors compared their chairs to the Optima.What we like most are the various massage modes available. The ability of the chair to the adjust to the height of each user. We mainly use the automatic features but sometimes like to focus on a specific section of the back. My wife likes to work the shoulders while I focus on the lower back.
